Payment of Dues for 2023

Neighborhood Services Corp. in Edmond manages all three HOAs in Fenwick.

Homeowners in all three areas are members of Fenwick HOA, which maintains the parks, ponds, creek, swimming pool, clubhouse and all entrances and flowerbeds. (Residents in the east Gated and west Garden Village areas pay additional dues to those HOAs for their roads & gates.)

Your Fenwick HOA Dues for 2023 are $440 and are due by March 1.

Payment may be made via one of the following methods:

    • PAY ONLINE options: EFT bank account transfer or debit/credit card. Each has an additional service fee. Access TownSq here or see instructions below on how to set up your account.
    • Mail a check to: Fenwick HOA, PO Box 653072, Dallas, TX 75265-3072 or drop off in the Fenwick Clubhouse mailbox
    • Your check should be made out to Fenwick HOA or Fenwick Homeowners Association. (If you live in a gated area DO NOT combine your payments for both HOAs into one check. Each HOA has a separate bank account and cannot transfer funds.)

To access NSC’s TownSq System to pay online:

    • The TownSq website is: app.townsq.io. If you registered last year, you can use the same email & password. If you are not registered, follow the instructions below.
    • Click on “Need to Register” at the bottom of the page to get started.
    • You should receive an invoice from Fenwick/Neighborhood Services Corp/Associa in January 2023. Your account # is listed on that invoice. Enter it with the other requested info.
    • If you no longer have the invoice or account #, email raquelg@neighborhoodsplus.com with your name, your Fenwick street address, and your preferred email address for portal access. Be sure to mention “Fenwick” as NSC manages many HOAs. You’ll hopefully receive a follow-up email within a business day.
    • After logging in, click on your name/profile in the top right corner, then select “Account” to view your payment options.
    • Garden Village and Gated HOA homeowners: You’ll need to select and pay each HOA separately. In the Accounts area click on the other HOA to pay your 2nd dues or find “Change Community” in your Profile menu to see your other HOA account.
    • If you have problems call NSC at 405-348-1436 so they can resolve it or walk you through the process.

Section of perimeter brick wall to be replaced

When the Fenwick neighborhood was developed a few decades ago the perimeter brick walls were built in sections. One long section on 164th Street next to Garden Village (the west gated area) was not built in the same manner as the other perimeter walls. This particular wall section is only one brick thick and not of the same strong quality as the other walls that stand along Western Ave, Penn Ave, or the east end of 164th Street.

Many sections of the wall have degenerated to the point of becoming a safety hazard now or in the near future. The HOA Board decided the safest and most cost efficient method is to replace all of those inferior wall panels at one time.

This wall section on the west end of 164th Street is now being demolished and we appreciate your patience during the reconstruction process as it may require one to two months. The sidewalk that runs along the inside of the brick wall may be blocked off for safety reasons.

If you have any questions or concerns, please attend the Fenwick HOA Board meeting Monday, July 18 at 7 p.m. at the Clubhouse or email fenwickcommunity@gmail.com.

Hiring Opportunity at Pool!

Meet some great neighbors and help out in this wonderful community by working at the Fenwick pool this summer!

Fenwick HOA is hiring multiple pool monitors to check in residents, enforce pool rules and maintain the pool deck and bathroom areas.

This is a great PAID opportunity for adults and college students. Pay is $10 per hour.

The pool is open every day (except Mondays) from the Saturday before Memorial Day in May through Labor Day in September (14 weeks). Hired monitors can work a few days per week in four-hour increments. Morning/early afternoon, mid-afternoon and evening shifts available.

Must have good customer service and organizational skills, and able to: work in hot temperatures in a shaded outdoor area, communicate with both adults and children, and straighten/pick up the pool deck and bathrooms as needed.

If interested, please complete the form below to explain why you could be a good fit for this position and when you would be available to work (your preference of days and time periods). If your work or volunteering history shows you have the abilities required, please share that information as well. If you have any questions, please email fenwickpool@gmail.com.

We look forward to working with you!
