Fenwick HOA Board Meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the third Monday of the month (except December) at the clubhouse unless otherwise noted on the agenda. All residents are welcome to attend. The meeting begins with an open forum where residents can voice their questions, comments and concerns.

We will post the minutes of each meeting as soon as they are approved by the board. Minutes are approved at the following month’s meeting, after being distributed by the Secretary and reviewed by each board member. So for example, January’s minutes are distributed to the board after the January meeting, reviewed, and then approved at the February meeting, and are posted as soon as possible after that on the website.
