IMPORTANT NOTE: As of 2024, all HOAs must comply with the Corporate Transparency Act as required by Congress. As such, all elected or appointed Fenwick HOA board members MUST provide certain information to be filed with the U.S. Financial Crimes Enforcement Network. Required information includes: full legal name, date of birth, residential street address and a photo of a government-issued ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. If you have questions about this, please visit fincen.gov/boi or email fenwickcommunity@gmail.com. This information would not be required unless/until you are elected or appointed to the Board of Directors.
