Payment of Dues for 2022

Neighborhood Services Corp. in Edmond manages all three Fenwick HOAs as of Jan. 1, 2022.

Homeowners in all three areas of Fenwick are members of Fenwick HOA, which maintains the parks, ponds, creek, swimming pool, clubhouse and all entrances and flowerbeds. (Residents in the east Gated and west Garden Village areas pay additional dues to those HOAs for their roads & gates.)

Your Fenwick HOA Dues for 2022 are $440 and are due by March 1.

Payment may be made via one of the following methods:

    • PAY ONLINE options: EFT bank account transfer or debit/credit card. Each has an additional service fee. See instructions below on how to access TownSq to pay online.
    • Mail a check to: Fenwick HOA, PO Box 653072, Dallas, TX 75265-3072 or drop off in the Fenwick Clubhouse mailbox
    • Your check should be made out to Fenwick HOA or Fenwick Homeowners Association. (If you live in a gated area DO NOT combine your payments for both HOAs into one check. Each HOA has a separate bank account and cannot transfer funds.)

To access NSC’s TownSq System to pay online:

    • The TownSq website is: app.townsq.io
    • Click on “Need to Register” at the bottom of the page to get started.
    • You should receive an invoice from Fenwick/Neighborhood Services Corp/Associa in January 2022. Your account # is listed on that invoice. Enter it with the other requested info.
    • If you no longer have the invoice or account #, email stacyj@neighborhoodsplus.com with your name, your Fenwick street address, and your preferred email address for portal access. Be sure to mention “Fenwick” as NSC manages many HOAs. You’ll hopefully receive a follow-up email within a business day.
    • After logging in, click on your name/profile in the top right corner, then select “Account” to view your payment options.
    • Garden Village and Gated HOA homeowners: You’ll need to select and pay each HOA separately. In the Accounts area click on the other HOA to pay your 2nd dues or find “Change Community” in your Profile menu to see your other HOA account.
    • If you have problems call NSC at 405-348-1436 so they can resolve it or walk you through the process.

Fenwick Pool to open with City’s Phase 3 reopening schedule

Fenwick HOA is excited to open the swimming pool with the city’s Phase 3 reopening, which is projected for MONDAY, JUNE 1. Please note: If the June 1st date is delayed by the city, then the pool opening will also be delayed.

The health and safety of residents and staff are our top priority. To decrease the possibility of COVID-19 transmission, new guidelines and precautions are in place for the pool area and bathrooms.

Pool Monitors will be on site during open pool hours to check you in and confirm safety precautions and requirements are being followed. Residents are now being hired to fill these positions. Find more info here.

All members are required to sign a waiver before or on their first visit. One waiver covers all residents within your household. There are multiple ways homeowners can complete the waiver:

SIX FEET: Family groups are asked to maintain a distance of six feet from other family groups while in the pool and on the pool deck.

RESIDENTS ONLY: For everyone’s safety only Fenwick residents will be allowed at the pool this summer. Please do not bring your friends and guests.

FURNITURE: Chairs and chaise lounges will not be available. You are welcome to bring your own!  If CDC guidelines require less frequent cleaning later in the season, we may provide the chaise lounges and chairs again.

TOYS: Pool toys, noodles and inflatables will not be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own! Please note: Any clothing, towels and toys remaining in the pool area at the end of the day will be thrown away.

CLEANING: High touch areas, such as pool railings, handles, doorknobs, bathrooms, etc. will be disinfected frequently throughout the day. Bathrooms will be professionally cleaned twice per day in addition to frequent disinfecting of all touch areas.

KEYCARDS: If you need your first keycard or a replacement (replacement cost: $10), download this form and come to the clubhouse at one of the following times to pick one up:

      • Monday, June 1 from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m.
