Fenwick Homeowners Association and the east Fenwick Gated HOA have a new management company. The HOA Boards are excited to announce that The Property Center (TPC)
is Fenwick’s new management for 2020. TPC recently began managing our nearby neighborhoods, Griffin Park and Copper Creek, as well. A formal announcement will be mailed to all homeowners very soon along with the invoice(s) for annual dues.

Dues for Fenwick HOA in 2020 will be $370 and are due on or before February 15.
