Children under 16 MUST be supervised by a parent or guardian of at least 18 years of age.
The swimming pool is available to on-property homeowners whose HOA accounts are in good standing. Renters may be entitled to the same use of the pool if the property owner is in good standing with the Homeowners Association and the homeowner signs this agreement.
ONE keycard will be provided at no cost for each property address in Fenwick. The keycard will open the pool gate during open pool hours. If lost, a keycard replacement may be purchased for $10.
GUESTS: Each household is allowed to bring no more than two guests during busy times and no more than four guests during non-busy times. “Busy times” are classified as 30 or more people being present in the pool area (typically weekend afternoons, etc.). Guests must be accompanied by the on-property resident at all times. Homeowners are responsible for the actions and behavior of their guests. Homeowners are responsible for their renters and their guests.
All patrons of the pool must abide by the rules mandated by the OKC County Health Department and by the Fenwick Homeowners Association.
OTHER GENERAL POOL RULES
DO NOT REMOVE, SIT UPON OR PLAY with the deepwater safety divider rope.
Swimming ALONE is prohibited by Oklahoma State Law.
DIVING is only allowed in 9 feet of water. NO FLIPS allowed from the side of the pool.
SWIMSUITS OR TRUNKS must be worn in the pool at all times; no street clothes are allowed.
NO GLASS or porcelain containers allowed in the gated pool area per Oklahoma State Law.
NO FOOD or DRINK allowed in the pool per Oklahoma State Law.
NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR DRUGS are allowed in the gated pool area. Swimming while under the influence of alcohol is prohibited by Oklahoma State Law.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the gated pool area.
NO RUNNING AND ROUGH PLAY in and around the pool per Oklahoma State Law.
NO DOGS, CATS or other ANIMALS are allowed in the gated pool area.
NO INDECENT BEHAVIOR or EXCESSIVE NOISE.
Excess body LOTIONS should be removed prior to entering the pool water. Showers are located in the bathrooms.
DO NOT PROP OPEN POOL GATE, as it may allow non-residents to enter the pool area.
Persons with OPEN WOUNDS, sores, bandages or any symptom of a communicable disease shall not be allowed in the pool per Oklahoma State Law.
Children who are not toilet trained MUST wear waterproof diapers.
Safety equipment is only to be used in an emergency.
In an EMERGENCY call 911.
Pool Capacity is 120 persons but may be reduced.
VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE LOSS OF POOL PRIVILEGES.
