Car Burglaries: There have been two cars with the wheels stolen of them in the middle of the night. 8/31/2010
Car and Home Burglaries: There have been cars broken into in all parts of Fenwick. The cars were left in the driveway overnight. Garage remotes and gate remotes have been stolen. If someone steals your garage door opener they have easy access to your house. The garage openers have been used later to open the garage and steal things from inside the house. IT IS SAFEST IF YOUR CAR IS IN YOUR GARAGE EVERY NIGHT, BUT IF THAT IS NOT POSSIBLE, FOR EVERYONE'S SAFETY PLEASE REMOVE ALL REMOTES FROM YOUR CAR IF PARKED IN YOUR DRIVEWAY OVER NIGHT. Fenwick Semi Annual Garage Sale
The Fenwick Semi Annual Garage Sale will be Friday and Saturday September 17th and 18th. Fenwick Gated section will open the gates each day for people to enter. Fenwick Garden Village will not
be participating pending neighborhood safety concerns.

Bicyclist was hit by a car: Please drive carefully in the neighborhood. A bicyclist was hit by a car at Fenwick Boulevard and NW 166th Street. The car was leaving NW 166th street and not paying attention to the bicyclist crossing the street in front of it. The cars on Fenwick Boulevard had stopped so the bicyclist could cross the street. 4-13-2010

Car Burglary: There has been a report of a briefcase and a gun stolen from a car in The Fenwick Garden Village at night earlier in the week. 4-4-09
A pack of Coyotes have been seen in the Northeast area of Fenwick, North of 171st Street and also around Saddlecreek Way. Please take appropriate precautions.Also remember that in accordance with our rules document "No capturing or trapping of wildlife is permitted except in circumstances where the animal poses an imminent threat to persons or a serious threat to property." 11-08-08
Mail Theft Outgoing mail containing checks has been stolen from a mailbox in Fenwick Garden Village. These checks were duplicated and used to obtain cash. It is suggested that all outgoing checks be taken to a Post Office or drop box for mailing. 10-01-08
HELP US KEEP FENWICK BEAUTIFUL!!
Due to new city using a 'lifting arm' on the trash trucks, PLEASE place your trash bins 3-4 feet apart! Placement should be at the bottom of your driveway near the street. If you recycle please place the recycle bins near your mail box and out the way of the trash bins.
Please be careful with light recyclables in the windy Oklahoma weather. To keep recyclables from blowing down the street put your heavy stuff on top or wait a week if the wind is too strong!
Attention all Fishermen and Fenwick Home Owners:
The Fenwick Pond has Koi living in it. The Koi are a brightly colored fish and are a type of carp. These Koi are not game fish and if caught need to be returned to the pond as quickly as possible before they die, because the are not good to eat. They belong to Fenwick HOA and are doing a service for use by eating algae and other vegetation in our ponds. Fenwick Homeowners Association 2010 Dues Information:
The Fenwick HOA Annual Meeting will held at West Field Elementary School on Thursday, October 29th at 7pm. The annual dues for 2010 will be voted on. Invoices will be mailed December 1st to all HOA members. Dues are due February 15th and will delinquent after March 15th. You can pay your dues by either sending a check or by using PayPal. If you want to save a stamp drop it in the secure mailbox in front of the Clubhouse. If you want to use PayPal to pay your dues there will be a convenience fee added on top of the dues amount. Once the dues amount are calculated you will be able to pay your dues using PayPal by clicking on the following Buy Now button and following the instructions.
