Let’s look at Fenwick

Fenwick is a large, vibrant, well maintained community located in the Edmond school district and using OKC utilities.  We are north of NW 164th to NW 171st between N. Western and N. Pennsylvania Ave.

The beautiful Chisholm Creek natural wetland waterway meanders through the middle from west to east and there are four ponds (two stocked for residential catch and release fishing).  There’s an abundance of amenities including an extra large swimming pool, walking trails, parks, playground, picnic pavilion and a Clubhouse that’s available for residents to rent.

There are a total of 713 homes in our community, which includes two private gated areas – Fenwick Gated on the east with 170 of the 713 homes and Fenwick Garden Village with 169 homes. Those who choose to own property in either gated area pay additional annual dues to maintain the gates and private streets.

Fenwick Homeowners Association (HOA) is an active, well organized community with multiple committees including a Social committee to promote community spirit, a Maintenance committee to support volunteer and contracted work projects, and a budget committee overseeing fiscal responsibility, a solid budget and financial audits.

Consistent and fair rules enforcement is hard work but is key to why our community looks so great and not just at the entrances!  Our community runs mostly on volunteer power and there’s always more volunteers needed.  Make it your home and volunteer today!
